3 cups whole wheat flour

30g fresh or active dry yeast

In a mixing bowl, combine the yeast and water
Mix well until it dissolves
Leave to rest for 5 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms
Gently knead the dough into a ball with a 10 inch diameter
Place in the mold and let rise for an hour
Preheat the oven to high temperature
Brush with olive oil and dust with salt
Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown
Remove from oven, unmold, and serve.
