Place the flour and salt in a bowl
Add the butter, cut into small pieces, and mix until it forms a crumbly mixture with 2 knives
Add the water and mix until it forms a ball
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into shapes with a cookie cutter or desired shape
Place on a greased baking sheet and prick with a fork
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) or until golden brown
