2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Mix the flour with the baking soda and yeast, and reserve
Combine the honey, egg, orange juice, grated orange zest, and nuts
Add the flour to this mixture and beat well
Pour into an English muffin tin greased, and bake in a moderate oven (170°C), previously heated, for 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
