Preheat the oven to 350°F (moderate heat)
Combine flour, yeast, ginger, orange and lemon zests, orange juice, egg, and melted butter or margarine in a bowl
Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated
Pour into an English-style cake pan that has been greased
Bake in the moderate oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
