In a bowl, place the wheat flour and make a well in the center
Add the sugar, salt, eggs beaten slightly, butter, and yeast
Mix everything together and add the milk gradually until it forms a dough that can be kneaded
The dough should be soft
Knead for 5 minutes and shape into small balls with it
Arrange the muffins in an ungreased baking dish and brush them with the egg yolk diluted in water
Bake in a medium oven until they are lightly browned
Serve hot.
