Preheat the oven to 180°C

In a blender, combine milk, oil, eggs, salt, and sweet corn flour

Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl

Add the grated Mina's Cheese and mix gently with a wooden spoon

Pour into muffin tin-lined cups and arrange in a baking dish

Bake until puffed and golden brown

Remove from oven and use a small confectionery bag with a small nozzle to drizzle a little creamy caramel topping over each serving.
