2 1/4 cups of whole wheat flour

1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine

Place 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients
Mix until you get a smooth dough
Add enough flour to get a firm dough
Shape the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes
Preheat the oven to moderate heat (180°C)
Roll out the dough very thinly
Cut into small rectangles, place them in an oiled baking dish and pierce with a fork
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are lightly golden
Remove from the baking dish and let cool
