Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and knead with hands until obtaining a homogeneous mass
Dust a smooth surface with whole wheat flour and sesame seeds
Cut the dough into small pieces and, using a rolling pin, open it over the dusted surface to become very thin
Do not appear edges to leave the pieces irregular
Arrange them on a baking sheet, place in the preheated oven, and bake until golden (approximately 13 minutes)
Let cool
