1 fresh peach
250g of butter or margarine at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

Slice the peaches into diagonal wedges 2cm thick, without cutting them completely in half
Mix the butter or margarine with the cinnamon and parsley
Reserve a little bit of this mixture and spread the rest on both sides of the peach slices
Place the peaches on a sheet of aluminum foil and lift the foil from the sides
Pass over the peaches the reserved mixture, added with Parmesan cheese
Bake for about 15 minutes in a hot oven (200°C).
