250g of cheddar cheese cut into cubes
1 can of tuna, chopped
2 tablespoons (of soup) of green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons (of soup) of onion, chopped
2 tablespoons (of soup) of pickle relish, chopped
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
salt and black pepper to taste
4 hamburger or hot dog buns
melted butter or margarine at room temperature
250g of cheddar cheese cut into cubes

Mix all the ingredients together, except for the melted butter or margarine, and set aside
Open the pies in half and remove the filling
Spread the melted butter or margarine on top of each pie and fill with the tuna mixture
Wrap each pie in aluminum foil and bake in a moderate oven (170°F) for 15 minutes, until the filling is warm and the cheddar cheese is melted.
