2 tablespoons of dried basil

Cook the pasta in a large amount of boiling water until it's al dente, but not mushy
Drain
While that's cooking, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and quickly sauté the carrot
Season and reserve
Drain the pasta and add it to the carrot pan
Quickly stir-fry
Add the parsley and basil
Add the remaining olive oil and mix well
Serve immediately
