1 package of active dry yeast for bread
3/4 cup warm water
250g unsalted butter or margarine, softened
5 cups all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten slightly
1 cup warm milk (previously brought to a boil)
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
80g unsalted butter or margarine, melted
3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Soak the yeast in warm water
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine into 5 cups of all-purpose flour
Mix until a granular consistency is achieved
Add the eggs, warm milk, grated cheddar cheese, salt, and dissolved yeast
Mix well
Add the remaining 2 cups of all-purpose flour gradually, mixing until a firm dough forms
Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or up to 4 days
Melt 80g of butter (or margarine)
Roll out the dough (or just a portion of it) into a circle
Baste with melted butter
Dust with shredded Parmesan cheese
Cut into triangles
Wrap, starting from the wider side
Place in a greased baking dish with the pointed end facing down
Let rise for 1 hour
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
