1 packet of active dry yeast for bread
1/2 cup of warm water
1 cup of scalded milk
2/3 cup of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of grated carrot
1 tablespoon of salt
1 cup of cooked and pureed beef
2 well-beaten eggs
4 cups of all-purpose flour or enough to obtain a firm dough

Dissolve the yeast in warm water
Add to hot milk, butter or margarine, grated carrot, salt, and mashed beef
Let it cool and add the dissolved yeast
Mix well and add the eggs
Add sufficient flour until you get a firm but pliable dough
Place it on a lightly floured surface and work the dough by hand
Put it in a bowl and let it rise slightly (for 30 minutes)
Brush with melted butter or margarine, cover well and refrigerate until ready to use (can be stored for up to four days)
One hour before baking, remove from the refrigerator, shape as desired, cover again and let rise for one hour
Place in a hot oven (200°C) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Get around 50 to 60 pãozinhos.
