Dough
200g all-purpose flour
100g butter
Salt to taste
6 tablespoons cold water
Filling
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
6 cooked potatoes, cubed
2 cans of tuna
3 eggs
200ml fresh heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to taste
Dough

Dough
In a bowl combine the flour, butter, and salt
Mix well, then add the water and work the dough until it's homogeneous
Make a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes
Open the dough and use it to line the bottom and sides of a 24cm diameter form. Reserve
Filling
In a pan heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic
Add the potatoes, tuna, salt, pepper, and parsley
Mix delicately and remove from heat
Let cool and place on top of the dough
In a blender beat the eggs, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese
Pour over the filling and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
