Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (230°C)
Place the rapid mix and water in a medium-sized bowl
Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes
Put the dough onto a lightly floured surface
Knead the dough for about 15 times
Using a macaroni roller, open the dough to a thickness of 1 cm
With a biscuit cutter (or with the edges of a cup that has been dusted with flour), cut out circles of 7 cm in diameter
Place them onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving about 6 cm between each one
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
You will have 16 little pastries.
