These little pãos don't require kneading.
1 packet of yeast
1/2 cup of warm water
125g of butter or margarine
1/3 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of salt
3/4 cup of hot milk
1 egg, unbeat
approximately 4 cups of wheat flour

Dissolve the yeast in warm water
Mix the butter or margarine with sugar, salt, and hot milk
Let it rest
Add the egg and dissolved yeast
Add the flour while beating with a mixer to obtain a manageable dough
Cover and refrigerate
It can be kept for up to 2 days
About 2 hours before serving, remove from the refrigerator and shape into balls of about 5cm in diameter
Place in greased muffin tin
Brush with melted butter
Cover and let rise for about 2 hours
Bake in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
