Heat the milk to lukewarm temperature
Add the yeast and mix until dissolved
Add the melted butter and mix
Combine the whole wheat flour with the all-purpose flour
Mold a depression in the center and place the mixture of yeast
Mix and knead well
Let it rise for about 30 minutes (place a ball of dough in a cup of water: when it rises, the bread will have grown)
Mold the buns into hot dog shape and bake in a moderate oven (400°F) for approximately 1 hour or until they are golden brown
