2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (300 g)
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 bunches of aipo (210 g)
1 small cup natural yogurt (200 g)
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (300 g)
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 bunches of aipo (210 g)
1 small cup natural yogurt (200 g)
Mix together the flour, yeast, baking soda, and salt
Add the butter or margarine in small pieces and mix until a crumbly texture forms
Add the minced garlic and well-chopped aipo
Add the yogurt and mix until a soft dough forms (if needed, add more flour)
Knead the dough with your hands over whole wheat flour until it reaches a thickness of about 2 cm
Cut into rounds using a cookie cutter, dusting with whole wheat flour
Place in an ungreased and floured baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12 to 15 minutes
Let cool and serve with butter
