Mix together the flour, salt, and yeast
Add the butter and mix with your fingertips until a coarse crumb forms
Gradually add the milk and mix lightly
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and cut into circles 5 cm in diameter
Make an indentation, with your finger, in the center of each one
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes
Let cool slightly and dust with a pinch
Fill the cavities of the little puddings with gelatin
Make about 50 little puddings.
