Combine the chocolate squares, hot water, butter, honey, and Karo syrup in a saucepan
Cook, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a boil
Remove from heat
Add the liqueur and vanilla extract
Let it cool
Layer alternating scoops of ice cream and sauce in tall glasses with crushed cookies
Freeze until ready to serve
Serve 2 cups of sauce with 8 glasses.
