250g of Camembert cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup of butter or margarine at room temperature
2 tablespoons of cognac
1 tablespoon of tangy cream
1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds
250g of Camembert cheese at room temperature

2 tablespoons of cognac
1 tablespoon of tangy cream
1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds
Remove the rind from the Camembert cheese and mash with a fork
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl
Cover and refrigerate for 48 hours
Let it return to room temperature before serving
Serve with crackers and assorted salted biscuits
Approximately 1 cup or 75 tablespoons.
