In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and oil over low heat
Add the cornstarch, flour, and salt, stirring constantly
Cook until thickened and separated from the sides of the pan (about 30 minutes)
Remove from heat and reserve
When cooled, place on a flat surface and knead with your hands until pliable

When easy to mold, place the dough on a plastic wrap-lined surface, cover with another piece of plastic wrap, and carefully roll out
When 0.5cm thick, remove the top layer of plastic wrap and cut with a cookie cutter

Mince the garlic, add salt, and season the chicken
Fry rapidly in oil
Add 1 cup of water and cook for 30 minutes or until tender
Let cool

Shred the chicken and mix with cheese
Season with paprika, green onion, salsa, nutmeg, thyme, and salt
Mix well

Place a small amount of filling on each circle and fold the dough, pressing the edges
Remove from plastic wrap, dip in milk, roll in breadcrumbs, and reserve
Repeat the process until all the dough is used
