Beat everything in the blender, except for the cinnamon, and heat it up
Add the cinnamon and mix until it forms a thick cream
Cool down, remove the cinnamon, and set aside

In a bowl, beat the egg well and add the oil and salt
Add the water and mix well
Gradually add three cups of flour, mixing all the time

Pass the dough to a flat surface dusted with flour and powdered with sugar
Mold it with your hands and add more flour until you can roll it out with a rolling pin

Roll it out to a thickness of 2 mm
Use a cookie cutter to cut into circles
Assembly

Place half a spoonful of cream filling over half of each dough circle, and fold the other half on top, pressing the edges together

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the puffs, one by one
When serving, powder with sugar and cinnamon.
