250g of peanut flour
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
125g of peanut butter
125g of ground peanuts (unroasted)
75g of butter
6 egg yolks
250g of peanut flour
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
125g of peanut butter
125g of ground peanuts (unroasted)
75g of butter
6 egg yolks
Soak the ground peanuts overnight
On the next day, grind the peanuts and cook them until they are soft, then strain them
Add the peanut butter
Heat the peanut flour over low heat with just enough water to dissolve it
Let it cook until it reaches the right consistency, like a custard
Combine the peanut butter mixture with the ground peanuts and cinnamon
Let it simmer for a little while longer
Remove from heat and let it cool
Add the beaten egg yolks
Mix well and reheat over low heat to cook the eggs
If the mixture is too runny, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
It's not necessary for this mixture to be very dry, as it will thicken when cooled
Make a dough for fried pastries, roll it out and cut it into sheets
Fill and fold
Fry in hot oil until golden brown, then dust with peanut flour
