Prepare the breadcrumbs by soaking them in water overnight
The next day, drain and cook the breadcrumbs until they are soft
Then, strain them through a fine-mesh sieve
Mix the ground beef with the cooked breadcrumbs and add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
In a saucepan, melt 75g of butter over low heat
Add the mixture of ground beef and breadcrumbs
Stir until it reaches the right consistency
Add the egg yolks to the mixture and stir well
Bring the mixture to a simmer
Remove from heat and let cool
Then, mix in the beaten egg yolks
Cook the mixture over low heat until the egg yolks are fully incorporated
If the mixture is too thin, add 1-2 tablespoons of cornstarch
It should not be too dry, as it will thicken as it cools
Prepare a dough for frying pastries, roll it out, and cut it into sheets
Fill with the mixture and fold over
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
