Finely chop the chicken with the onion
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Add tomato extract
Wash and finely chop the mushrooms
Fry in butter
Add the chicken mixture
Roll out the dough to 1/2 cm thickness
Cut into 4 circles of 15cm diameter
Divide the chicken mixture among the circles
Moisten the edges
Lift the sides of the circle and press well to seal
Press with fingers to form a curved line as seen in the photo
Fry the pastries carefully in hot oil for 10-15 minutes.
