With the butter, grease a mold (similar to an English muffin tin), with a capacity for 3 cups
Place the chicken, eggs, cognac, and heavy cream in a blender
Batter until it forms a puree
At intervals, add the ham, onion, and flour
Do this three times, because everything won't fit in the blender
Add all the ingredients to the mixture of the fricassee and batter well
Place in the greased mold and cover with aluminum foil
