Season the meat with salt and place it in a pressure cooker along with water
Close and cook at high heat until boiling
Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes
Remove from the pressure cooker without pressing
Debone and place the beef and ossobone in the blender bowl
Add butter or margarine and seasonings
Blend until a paste is formed
Serve with toasted bread or pão
