1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 liter of water

1 tablespoon of wheat flour

Season the meat with salt and pepper
Dust with wheat flour
Place enough oil in the pan to cover the bottom
Fry the meat in hot oil
Chop the cucumber, onion, and parsley
Add the meat together with the capers, mushrooms, minced garlic, and dried oregano
Simmer for a few minutes and add the vinegar and 1/2 liter of water
Let cook until the meat is tender
Finally thicken the sauce with heavy cream mixed with wheat flour
Let simmer in low heat for another 10 minutes
Serve with rice or macaroni
