1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix all the ingredients together, except for the bacon, in a bowl
In a baking dish, arrange the slices of bacon side by side
Shape the meat mixture into an oval shape and place it on top of the bacon
2 Raise the edges of the bacon slices and cover them with the meat
Flip the meatloaf over, leaving the bacon edges facing down
Bake in the preheated oven, basting occasionally with the fat that forms
Cook until firm, then serve cold.
