Preheat the oven to hot (400°F)
Season the duck with garlic, cumin, lime, salt, and pepper
Let it rest for 20 minutes
In a baking dish with a little oil, place the duck and put it in the oven until it's well cooked and golden brown. Reserve
In a pot, boil the tucupi and chopped duck for 20 minutes, or until the meat is tender
Place over the jambu and serve.
