1 1/2 cups chopped onion

4 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine

Sift the flour with sugar, yeast, and salt
Add oregano, corn kernels, onion, parsley, and red bell pepper
Mix well
At another stage, mix eggs, milk, and melted butter or margarine
Combine the two mixtures and stir until just combined
Pour into a round 20.5 cm diameter greased mold
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 60 minutes
Remove from mold and serve warm with butter or margarine.
