1 clean duck
3 crushed garlic teeth
1 cinnamon stick
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 liters of tucupi (see recipe on page.......)
2 handfuls of jambu leaves (agri-ao-do-par-a) aferventadas

Preheat the oven hot (400°F)
Season the duck with garlic, cinnamon, lemon, salt, and black pepper
Let it rest for 20 minutes
In a baking dish with a little oil, place the duck and put it in the oven until it's well done and golden brown
Set aside
In a pot, simmer the tucupi and the duck cut into pieces
Leave it on the heat for 20 minutes, or until the meat is tender
Place over jambu and serve
