1 package salted crackers (cream-cracker)
Grated cheddar cheese to taste

Heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then add the tomato
Let it simmer for approximately three minutes and add the ground chicken, stirring well
Finally, add the mustard sauce
Stir again and let it cook for about 15 minutes. Reserve
Heat the remaining olive oil in another skillet and sauté the garlic
Then, add the chopped broccoli
Dissolve the cornstarch and nutmeg in low-fat milk
Pour the mixture into the skillet with the cream cheese, stirring constantly until thickened
No bottom of a baking dish, spread a layer of crackers
On top, place part of the ground chicken
Next, another layer of crackers, then a layer of cream cheese broccoli casserole
Repeat one or two times, ending with a layer of cream cheese broccoli casserole on top
Dust with grated cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes to melt the crackers and cheese
Serve immediately.
