In a pan, heat the olive oil, butter, and garlic
Add the mashed potatoes and milk, stir well, and remove from heat
In an oven-safe dish, layer a portion of mashed potatoes, sausage, and mozzarella cheese
Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of mashed potatoes
Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown
