Beat the egg whites until stiff

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes
Cool and cut the pudding in half
In a blender, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the lemon juice to form a cream
Chop the fruits and layer with pudding, fruits, and cream
