1 Cook the sliced macadamia nuts in a covered saucepan over low heat until they're soft
Await to cool and blend in a blender until smooth. Reserve
2 In separate portions, dissolve cornstarch in milk and bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and forms a cream
Remove from heat, add chocolate, and mix until incorporated into the cream
3 Layer individual servings with alternating layers of cream, mascarpone pudding, and granola until all ingredients are used up
Chill
Garnish with macadamia nuts.
