3 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 cups of milk
1 cup of Eggnog®
1 can of condensed milk
4 tablespoons of heavy cream

In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch dissolved in milk, Eggnog, and condensed milk
Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly until thickened
Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream without the whey
Line a rectangular refrigerator dish with parchment paper, layering white pão- de-ló and layers of Eggnog custard
Refrigerate for at least four hours
Unmold, dust with Eggnog, and serve.
