2 cups (challah) of açúcar

200 g of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon of cream tartar (available at supermarkets)
1 tablespoon of butter
1 can of cashew

Mix together the açúcar, milk, chocolate, and cream tartar
Heat until it forms a thick syrup
Remove and add the butter
Allow it to cool without stirring and then let it thicken
Pour in the cashew and blend in a blender
Blend until smooth and shiny
Spoon into an oiled mold
Let it rest for 24 hours
Cut into pieces and serve on a plate
