2 medium onions, cut into rings

6 potatoes, peeled, seeded, and sliced

Rinse the chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Brush with melted butter and place in a baking dish or roasting pan for about 15 minutes
Mix ketchup, water, onions, raisins, and potatoes, then blend in a blender
Pour over the chicken
Cover with aluminum foil
Roast in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for about 50 minutes
Remove foil and let it cook for another 30 minutes or until lightly browned
Serves 4 to 6 people.
