Mix four tablespoons of lemon juice, yogurt, and mustard
Season with salt and black pepper
Allow the chicken to rest for 30 minutes
Drain the chicken breasts and season with the remaining lemon juice
In a skillet, heat the oil and butter, then brown the chicken
Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Arrange the fillets in a baking dish, season with salt and black pepper, and sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds
Bake for five minutes
Flip the fillets and sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on the other side
Bake again for an additional five minutes and serve.
