    Rinse 1/2 pound of chicken breast (150 g raw). Remove the skin and bone. Place the white meat in a small refractory form. Add 2 tablespoons of orange juice. Flip the meat to coat it with the juice on both sides. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Cover with 1/2 tablespoon of butter and 1 sprinkle of grated orange peel. Bake in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes.
