6 fish fillets
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt to taste
3/4 cup of rice flour
Oil for frying
For the marinade
1 finely chopped onion
1 small green pepper, cut into thin slices
1 small red pepper, cut into thin slices
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of mustard
2 teaspoons of salt
A few drops of chili sauce
6 fish fillets

Season the fish with lemon juice and salt
Coat in rice flour and fry both sides until golden brown
Rapidly sauté the onion and peppers in boiling water
Add the remaining ingredients
Mix well and spoon over the fish fillets
Serve cold
