1 1/2 kg of anchovy or your preferred fish

Mix the lemon juice and garlic
Brush it on the fish and sprinkle with paprika
Let it sit for about two hours to absorb the flavors
Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil, cover with onion slices and place the fish on top
Pour tomato juice over the fish and bake until done
