2 carrots cut into thin strips

Season the fish fillets with lime juice. Reserve
In a bowl, mix together the peppers, herbs, and mayonnaise
Cover the fish with the mixture
Place them in an anti-adhesive baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the carrot and leek for three minutes
If necessary, season with a little salt
Serve the fish with the sautéed vegetables.
