1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
2 crushed bay leaves

1 and 3/4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of heavy cream

Well grease a refractory dish with a lid
Arrange the fish filets in it
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, green onion, melted butter or margarine, white wine, parsley, thyme, and bay leaves
Cover with parchment paper greased and sealed
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 20 minutes
Remove the fish and drain the liquid from the dish into a saucepan
Add the melted butter or margarine and bring to a simmer
Add the flour, heavy cream, and cook for 2 minutes
Pour this sauce over the fish and serve
Serve in 3-4 portions.
