1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shelled and sliced peanuts

Season the trout with salt and black pepper, and set aside
Place frying oil in a pan that's 1/2 cm high
Heat it well
Dip the trout first in milk and then in wheat flour
Fry them until they're golden brown on both sides
Remove the trout and place them in a dish
Drain the frying oil from the pan, add butter and peanuts, and stir occasionally
Remove from heat and pour over the trout
Serves 4.
