Season the fish with the onion, garlic, and salt
Cook the entire surface with butter and transfer to a baking dish
Bake in a medium oven at 20 minutes
Moisten with orange juice throughout cooking time
Remove from the oven and spread pineapple slices all over the baking dish, then return it to the oven
