Preheat the electric oven for 10 minutes at medium temperature

On a baking sheet, arrange thyme sprigs and coarse salt

Moisten with 1 cup of water to allow the thyme vapor to rise to the fish

Top it all off with a fish fillet or your preferred fish and drizzle with olive oil

Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil (shiny side down)

Bake for 10 minutes.
