6 large cod fillets
6 tablespoons of softened butter
6 drops of dill essential oil (endro)

A few hours before cooking, take the butter out of the refrigerator
Season the fillets with salt
Mix well the softened butter with the dill essential oil
Use small amounts of this same butter to fry the fillets in a hot skillet
Do not let the fillets dry out. Reserve
Melt the remaining butter in the same skillet where the fish was fried and pour over the fillets
Season with freshly ground black pepper and garnish with fresh dill
Serve with cooked potatoes.
